If we are responsible for the issue a free return label will be provided to you to return your item. Issues that we may be responsible for include missing items, items arriving too late, or damaged items that affect usage.

If the item is no longer wanted for reasons that are not our fault, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
